Outdoor Education Center
Since 1956, the Glen Helen Outdoor Education Center has been dedicated to helping children and adults develop healthy connections to the natural world, to themselves and to their community. We pride ourselves on a holistic learning practice that incorporates the many human ways of knowing; we especially like science, play, art, curiosity, music, drama, and friendship.

Overnight Outdoor School
Primarily serving grades 4-7, our residential Outdoor School experience is a field trip your students will remember for a lifetime! Summer EcoCamp
Imagine a summer camp where you can have fun AND learn about the natural world! Ecocamp offers a variety of day options for ages 5-13 years old, June-July.
Public Programming & Extension
Glen Helen also offers custom educational program for individual groups, either out of the Trailside Museum, or in your classroom! Many of our programs include an up-close encounter with one of our animal ambassadors. ::More Information::

Be a Part of the Glen Helen Outdoor Learning Experience
We accept applications for our 10 Month Naturalist Teaching Internships and Ecocamp Naturalist Counselor positions on a rolling basis, but the prime recruitment season for both positions is February through April.
