A welcoming retreat, close to civilization, Birch Manor and its surrounding lawns are a welcoming setting for weddings, receptions, or business retreats. 

Birch Manor is a private residence.  Appointments are required to tour the home and grounds.

Birch Manor is located at 720 Jacoby Rd. Xenia, OH 45385

  • Suitable for up to 150 people outdoors, or 110 people indoors

  • Includes seven rooms spread over two stories

  • Can seat 40 in the main room and 16 in the dining room downstairs, 48 in the four upstairs rooms 

  • 1 downstairs restroom, 3 upstairs

  • Ample parking on-site

  • Wifi available

Special site notes:

  • No overnight accommodations

  • Guests may toss birdseed, but no streamers, rice, or other material

  • Events can go until 11 pm

About Birch House

Built in the 1930s, the mansion was home to Hugh Taylor Birch, father of Helen Birch Bartlett and benefactor of Glen Helen.  It is located in the quiet southern end of Glen Helen, midway between Yellow Springs and Xenia.
