Open from dawn to dusk daily, the primary trail head, parking lot and nature shop are located at 405 Corry St. in Yellow Springs. Parking is $10.00, or free for Glen Helen Association members.

To ensure space for large vehicles, schools and other large groups must schedule by calling 937-769-1902.
The group rate is $3 per individual for groups of 10 or more arriving in one vehicle.

Hike
15+ miles of eastern deciduous forest
Explore rustic trails, stone steps and wooden boardwalks past dense forests and slow moving streams. Be sure to visit the yellow spring, take a picture of the beaver dam, and marvel at the limestone cliffs found within. The Glen Helen trail system connects to John Bryan State park on its southern edge. Trails are predominately naturally packed earth so be prepared for mud in certain weather.

Visit with 20+ native educational raptors
The Raptor Center is home to over twenty native raptors and birds, housed in large outdoor enclosures along a walkway around the building. Explore the indoor classroom Saturday and Sundays from 11am-2pm and learn about the ways the center works to rehabilitate over 200 sick and injured birds annually. Raptor Center hours may vary.

Join in on 60+ public programs annually
Glen Helen offers an array of programs for all ages, many of them free for members. Hike, learn, create, and spark joy with other like-minded individuals. The Glen hosts programs both inside the buildings and on the trails so there is something to engage every visitor in any weather.
